Refund Policy

At Orgioz, we believe in transparent and fair relationships with our clients. Because our services involve professional expertise, strategy, design, development, and third-party resources, refunds depend on the nature and stage of the service.

1. General Refund Principle

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The type of service purchased

  • Whether work has commenced

  • The amount of work already completed

  • Third-party costs already incurred

  • Whether deliverables or milestones have been accepted

  • The cancellation reason

  • The specific terms agreed upon in the client's proposal or contract

Where a service-specific agreement contains different refund terms, the signed service agreement will take precedence.

2. Before Work Begins

Clients may request a refund before work begins. Any applicable payment-processing fees or third-party costs already incurred may be deducted.

3. After Work Has Started

Once work has started, refunds are based on the amount of work completed. Completed strategy, design, development, content, or other professional services are generally non-refundable.

4. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects divided into milestones, each milestone becomes payable according to the agreed schedule.

Once a milestone has been:

  • Completed,

  • Delivered,

  • Approved, or

  • Put into use by the client,

the payment associated with that milestone is generally non-refundable.

Cancellation of a later milestone does not automatically create a refund entitlement for completed milestones.

5. Website & Digital Development Projects

For website, application, or digital development projects:

Before development begins

Eligible unused payments may be refunded according to Section 2.

After development begins

Refunds are calculated according to the work completed.

This may include:

  • Wireframes

  • UX/UI design

  • Website structure

  • Content implementation

  • Development

  • Integrations

  • Testing

  • Accessibility work

  • SEO implementation

  • Client revisions

  • Deployment preparation

Once a website or digital product has been substantially completed and delivered, payments associated with the completed work are generally non-refundable.

6. Policy Updates

Orgioz may update this Refund Policy when necessary.

The policy applicable to a client's engagement will generally be the version incorporated into their agreement at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

Note:

A detailed refund policy document will be attached to the client's approval document along with any other policy documents required by the client. Any member who needs any kind of policy documents can request it through our contact mail.
