Terms & Conditions
Orgioz Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) define the laws for this website and services in its network. They set clear limits for users, firms, and experts who use Orgioz. These T&C explain the rights, duties, and needs of all parties using the platform or using work through the Orgioz (client) network, under Indian law and terms agreed for each service or work as agreed by all parties involved.
These T&C define Orgioz as a contract network not a formal entity. It connects clients with experts for design, SEO, branding, access and digital services only. Each project may set its scope price, time, work, ownership, payments, ends, and other terms set by all parties under Indian law.
These T&C set standards for Orgioz under Indian law. They do not replace legal advice or create a legal entity. Clients and experts remain responsible for their actions, taxes, IP rights, and compliance. Users should seek legal advice before using a deal.
Note
A detailed refund policy document will be attached to the client's approval document along with any other policy documents required by the client. Any member who needs any kind of policy documents can request it through our contact mail.
